SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Your order usually reaches you within 1-3 business days. As soon as your package is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link.

Shipping costs are €4.90 within Germany.

Please note that longer delivery times may occur on weekends, public holidays, or during promotions.

Note on delivery
If you select a drop-off location with the shipping service provider, delivery is at your own risk. Once the package has been dropped off at the chosen location, it is considered delivered. In this case, we cannot accept liability for loss or theft.

RETURN

We naturally hope that you are satisfied with your product. However, if it doesn't fit, you can return your order within 14 days. As a small business, we are currently unable to cover return shipping costs.

We ask for your understanding in this matter.

Please return the product unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Processing your return may take up to 14 business days after receipt.

Important information regarding returns

Please make sure your return is sufficiently franked.

We recommend insured shipping with tracking. This way, your return remains traceable at all times and is better secured in case of loss.
